Roundup

Serving Greater Danbury, Bridgeport, Hartford, Norwalk, & New York City

A number of studies have found evidence linking the main ingredient of Roundup, glyphosate, to serious side effects and certain types of cancer, including Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.

In March, 2015, the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) declared glyphosate as “probably carcinogenic to humans,” after reviewing over 1,000 studies. The IARC report linked the side effects of Roundup to an increased risk of non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

Lawsuits are consolidated in the Northern District of California, No. 16-md-02741 and are being pursued against Monsanto for several claims, including failing to warn of Roundup’s cancer risk. If you or a loved one developed Non-Hodgkins lymphoma after using and being exposed to Roundup, you may have a claim for compensation.
