The communication channels were superb either via email or phone. All case-related matters were either addressed by individual attorneys/paralegals or in a “team” effort. There was never a “lag” or delay. Everything was dealt with “that day”. Questions that were beyond a paralegal’s scope were passed on to an attorney and addressed by an attorney.
