A problem-solver by nature, Antonio Fernandes takes pride in being able to help his clients work through life’s most difficult legal problems.

In addition to his personal injury work, Fernandes advises buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and represents them at closings. He assists persons wanting to acquire or start new businesses, advising on the choice of business entity and related tax considerations.

Fernandes provides thorough estate planning services for his clients, helping them preserve their hard-earned assets by preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives regarding medical care in the event of incapacitation due to old age or disability.

“There’s nothing better than having a client tell me that I made their life better compared to when they first came to me,” he says.

Prior to law school, Fernandes was an intern at Ventura Law.
