Nicole Barber, Esq.

Nicole Barber, Esq. is a Partner in Ventura Law’s Mass Torts and Complex Litigation Department, where she represents individuals harmed by dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, and other complex matters involving large-scale corporate misconduct. Additionally, Attorney Barber represents municipalities and school district, nationwide, in complex litigation. With over 25 years of legal experience, Nicole has handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including mass tort actions related to the opioid crisis, pharmaceutical litigation, medical device failures, complex commercial disputes and environmental contamination.

Nicole approaches each case with focus and determination, working to guide clients through complicated legal processes while advocating for accountability and fair outcomes.

In addition to her legal work, Nicole is the founder of Hope Shirts, a nonprofit organization that provides support and resources to adult cancer patients. The organization operates with a 99% program expense ratio, ensuring that nearly all funds raised directly support its mission.
