Our Story: A Legacy That Began With a Dream
Over 65 years ago, a young Portuguese immigrant named Americo S. Ventura stepped onto Connecticut soil with nothing more than a dream and a fierce belief in fairness. He didn’t come from privilege. He didn’t speak fluent English. But what he did have was heart, and an unwavering desire to help people who had been wronged.
He saw how often working-class families, immigrants, and everyday people were mistreated, misunderstood, or pushed aside after an accident. So, he chose to be their voice. He opened a law firm not to chase power, but to restore dignity. Not to collect cases, but to change lives.
Ventura Law was born out of this mission: to stand up for the vulnerable, to fight for the injured, and to treat every client like family.
That mission hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s never been stronger.
