The civil lawsuit was filed in the Judicial District of Milford by Attorney Nathan Nasser seeking damages for medical bills, permanent injuries, and pain and suffering.
The injury and damages in this case stemmed from an assault following a college party in the Spring of 2014. The plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury and PTSD.
