Nicole Barber, Esq. is a Partner in Ventura Law’s Mass Torts and Complex Litigation Department, where she represents individuals harmed by dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, and other complex matters involving large-scale corporate misconduct. Additionally, Attorney Barber represents municipalities and school district, nationwide, in complex litigation.
With over 25 years of legal experience, Nicole has handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including mass tort actions related to the opioid crisis, pharmaceutical litigation, medical device failures, complex commercial disputes and environmental contamination.
